You must complete the client intake form before your appointment. Failure to complete the intake form prior to your appointment will cut into your service time.

If you are running late to your appointment, please send me a text message to let me know. If you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment we may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be responsible for 100% of the service charge.

Cancellations before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in you being charged 50% of the scheduled service.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without communication, you will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled service charge. If I am unable to collect your no show fee the day of your no show, it will be expected to be paid in full before you can schedule any future appointments. Frequent cancellations will result in denial of service OR a 100% non refundable deposit. 

You must have a valid credit card on file. Your card will not be charged unless above policies apply to you.

Gift Certificates are Non Refundable and may not be used towards retail. Any donated gift certificates will expire on the expiration date.
